Cyberbullying and using mobile phones
Cyberbullying is when someone uses the internet or mobiles to deliberately upset someone else. This is a form of bullying and you shouldn’t have to put up with it.

Save all evidence you have of the bullying. If you have nasty e-mails or things posted on your profile save them to your machine so you can use it as proof. Save texts or voicemails that say anything horrible.
If you feel like you can’t talk to someone just yet, call childline in confidence on 0800 1111.
Tell an adult you trust if you are being cyberbullyed or aware of it!
If you are calling from a mobile phone
You will probably need to pay extra to call any number starting 09, 087, 0845 or 080.
Always check with your phone company to know what you get.
